Shipping: Frequently Asked Questions
For your convenience, we offer three shipping options: FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, and FedEx Standard Overnight. We ship to the continental United States only, this excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Each item sold is considered a different order and will be shipped separately. We do not ship to U.S. post office boxes including U.S. destinations and U.S. military post office box addresses such as APO and FPO. We will also not ship to U.S. Territories.
You will receive the total amount of your order, including shipping and handling, before you ever have to enter in any of your billing information. In addition, we offer the ability to select different shipping methods for every item when you purchase multiple items in the same order.
Shipping Methods, Times and Costs
PawnMart.com utilizes FedEx as it's primary shipper.
FedEx Ground provides delivery on Monday-Friday (business days only) and delivery occurs from 1 to 5 business days, depending on distance to recipient.
FedEx 2 Day provides delivery on Monday-Friday (business days) in 2 business days to most U.S. locations; by 7:00 pm to residential locations.
FedEx Standard Overnight Express provides next business day delivery by 3:00 pm to most U.S. addresses.
PawnMart.com has calculated shipping based on item category weight averages and shipping rate zone averages.
Can I place an order at PawnMart.com and pick it up at a store?
Yes. We offer in-store pickup for most of the items on our site. To use this feature, simply select "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping option during the checkout process. Please allow 2-4 hours for processing.
When you pick up your item, please make sure to bring the following pieces of information:
- Your state-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase
- Your order number
Does PawnMart.com accept international orders?
No. Currently, we do not accept international orders on PawnMart.com. If you would like to place an international orders please call 1-800-729-6261 or contact Customer Service.
How can I track my order(s)?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email informing you of this and you will be given a shipment tracking number for your order. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number as each item will have it's own order and will be shipped separately.
Does PawnMart.com combine shipping or offer shipping discounts?
Whenever possible we will combine shipping to minimize shipping costs. Unfortunately, this is not always possible due to the fact that the items are shipping from multiple locations. Periodically, we will offer special shipping discounts to PawnMart.com users. The terms of these discounts change, but will usually require a minimum order amount in order to qualify.
